If you purchase a service from us (webnolog.org), you generally agree to the following rules.
- We are obliged to prepare the best services for you. For this reason, you should be aware of some of the criteria.
- Product support includes the service itself support. For example, when you buy a cPanel license, you can contact us for your license itself support; But cPanel configuration items are not supported and include costs.
- Our licenses are not genuine and do not include original company support. But we guarantee licenses troubleshooting support. We hope you make your purchase consciously. Be sure to read the information about shared licenses.
- If you use cheap licenses on your server other than our licenses, our licenses will be automatically deactivated. This is to prevent interference and loss of your information. Remove another licensing system, our license system will be activated automatically by running update command.
- Services which issued periodically, will be automatically suspended if the next invoice are not paid. This rule also applies to licenses.
- After two months from the time the service is suspended, the service is completely deleted and it is not possible to restore it.
- Services that you sent cancellation request for them, cannot be restored.
- Cancellation of the service/license, will not be refunded.
- These rules may be updated. You should always be aware of the latest changes.
